Plan your TRIP...

At Chalo Saheli, we understand that plans can change. Since every trip has different bookings and arrangements, cancellation and refund terms may vary from trip to trip.

The cancellation and refund terms for each trip or event will be clearly mentioned on its respective page and/or shared before booking confirmation.

If You Need to Cancel

• Cancellation requests must be made via WhatsApp or email.
• The date we receive your request will be considered the cancellation date.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the specific trip’s cancellation policy.
• No refunds will generally be provided once a trip or event has started.

If Chalo Saheli Cancels

If a trip is cancelled or significantly changed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate the available options, including any applicable refund or alternative arrangement.

Please read the cancellation policy of your specific trip before making a booking.
